- Prepare 500 gm of Pene pasta.
- You need 2 tsp of maida/All-purpose flour.
- You need 1 litre of Milk.
- Prepare as needed of Veggies (capsicum, onion, carrot, corn, peas etc).
- You need to taste of salt.
- You need 2 tsp of Mixed herbs.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Oregano.
- You need 2 tsp of Chilli flakes.
- It’s 2 tsp of Chopped Garlic.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Butter.

White sauce pasta step by step
- Firstly boil the Pasta with salt and oil and keep.aside.
- Then in a pan add 2tbsp of oil and saute all the veggies with salt and pepper.keep them aside as well.
- Then in the same pan add, 2tbsp of butter and 1tsp of oil in it add chopped garlic, chilli flakes, herbs,oregano and saute it for 2 mins..
- Then after that in it add 2tsp of flour (maida) and mix them properly so that no lumps occur. Saute it well for 5 min in low flame untill slight golden.
- Now, add cold milk slowly and stir it with one hand so that no lumps occur.Then pour all the milk mix them and now add boil pasta and all the fry veggies.Cook for 1min and turn off the gas..
- Pasta is ready..
