Sea Salt Almond Seed Bars (No Bake, Vegan, Dairy Free)…

1 cup oats (I used instant oats)
1/2 cup combined seeds
1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup baked almonds
13-15 dates
3 tbsps coconut oil
As needed Sea salt

Mix coconut oil with oats and seeds until combined.
Toast on pan on low warmth for 10-15 minutes until fragrant. Alternatively, bake within the oven for 15 minutes at a hundred and eighty degrees. Allow cool.
Mashed soft dates and almonds with oat mixture. I use plastic gloves and just smooshed them together. Could also use a large ziplock and feature enjoyable smooshing them!
Line container with parchment paper. Press blend in it.
Sprinkle sea salt on top. Freeze for 1 – 2 hours earlier than reducing in bars.
