Vegan Chocolate Cake

1 half Cups All-purpose flour
1 Cup White sugar
6 Tablespoons Dutch Technique Cocoa powder
1 Teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/3 Cup Canola or Vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon White vinegar
2 Teaspoons Vanilla extract
1 Cup either water, or almond milk
Icing sugar

Preheat oven to one hundred seventy five degrees celsius. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Utilizing a spoon, make three wells in the dry ingredients. Pour oil into the first, vinegar into a further and vanilla into the third. Slowly pour water or milk over all. Beat on low pace till competently combined.
Pour into a greased 8-in. rectangular baking dish. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Dirt with icing sugar.
